1. What is Diplomacy?
Diplomacy is a tool which create an appropriate environment for establishing International relationship. It is recognised as a political process by which relation are established officially between political unit and state.
2. What is Foreign policy?
It is a policy to have friendly relation with all nation. It should be based on either strategical dynamism or development orientation.
3. What is Dialogue mechanism?
Dialogue mechanism is in foreign policy is institutionalised process through which the two or more parties exchange their views on various issues. THe basic objective of this mechanism is to create or develop consensus and make the bilateral relation strategic and global in nature.
4. Could you throw light on Act East Policy?
Yes sir, Look East is renamed to Act East. Its focus on India's burgeoning relation with 10 ASEAN countries. As PM Modi coined it has 3 C pillars- commerce, culture and connectivity. In the economic arena India ASEAN relation are poised to scale new frontier. The two side are expected to sign an India-ASEAN FTA in services and investment soon. This will complement FTA in goods which was signed 5 years back in 2009 and has led to quantum jump in bilateral trade, which is hovering around $80 bn. Both sides are confident are now confident to scaling it up to $100 bn and double that volume by 2022.

In 1950 India became first non-socialist bloc country to establish relation with China. 1962 border conflict was serious setback to ties between India China relation. PM Rajiv Gandhi landmark visit to China in 1988 began a phase of improvement in bilateral relation. In 1993 the signing of an agreement Maintenance of Peace and tranquillity along the Line of Actual Control(LAC) during PM Narshimha rao reflected the growing stability and substance in bilateral ties.The recent visit of Chinese President Xi jingping to India brought strengthen in India-China relationship. The assurance of $20 bn investment by Xi jingping in Industrial and infrastructure projects shows Chinese interest in India.

Middle East is a Eurocentric concept combining west asian and north african arab states, and is known for energy resources. The region possesses about 51% of the worlds oil reserve while the greater middle east including central asia have proximately 40% of total gas reserve.
7. Could you throw light on ISIS.
ISIS extends for Islamic state in Iraq and syria. Islamic state is a radical islamic group which traces its route back to to Tawhid-wa-al-Jihad set up by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in 2002. After 2nd gulf war it rooted his ground with al-Qaeda and for AQI however after the death of zarqawi it was changed into ISI(Islamic group in Iraq). In 2013, the IS forces in Iraq and Syria created the ISIL(Islamic state in Iraq and Levant) The IS was originally funded by the donors however new funds have started arriving from the sell of oil which it has captured. The IS chief Abu al baghdadi is very powerful in Middle East region. However the coalition has been formed under the leadership of US and also consist of GCC, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Iraq.
8. Throw light on India's 'Connect Central Asia' policy.
Connect Central Asia policy is to build strong political relation through high level exchange and strategic cooperation with special focus on joint researches an military training. India's focus to develop relation with central Asia as a long time partner in energy resources.
